Who runs this site

businessclassdata.com is run by Norah Klintberg Sakal, United States. Questions, or a request to see or delete your data: norah@businessclassdata.com.

Route alerts

If you sign up for alerts on a route, your email address and the routes you picked are stored in Mailchimp, our email service. We use them only to email you when we see something on those routes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Buying a report

Reports are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle tax and send the file. We get your name, email and what you bought, but never your card details. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

Analytics (only if you say yes)

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are read, roughly where visitors are (country and city), the device and browser, and which site brought you here. It sets the _ga cookies, which last up to 2 years, and the data is kept for 14 months. If you click Reject, or don't choose, nothing from Google loads. You can change your mind any time: Cookie settings.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (CloudFront). Your IP address is used to deliver pages and block malicious traffic. We don't keep access logs.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete data about you, and withdraw your analytics consent at any time. If you think your data is mishandled, you can complain to your data protection authority.
